Both companies have approved the deal, which should officially close in the fourth quarter and YouTube’s 65 employees will remain with the company at YouTube’s San Bruno headquarters.google wanted to strengthen the video service.

YES,,I think it is worth it because it is funny to wach videos that your friend made or someone else did and who ever made youtube should get that amount of money that they deserve.
